My sleeping cycle was a bit messed up lately, but I'm working on sleeping in normal hours again. It took me a week to liberate myself from my vampire habits but I have finally achieved it. I never thought I'd be so ecstatic about going to sleep at night and waking up in the morning! The biggest benefit of waking up early in spring is opening my windows and listening to birds' chirping in the fresh & cool morning breeze.

Son zamanlarda uyku düzeni biraz tepetaklak olmuştu, ama yine normal saatlerde uyumak üzere bunu düzeltmeye çalışıyorum. Vampir alışkanlıklarımdan kurtulmak bir haftamı aldı ama sonunda başardım. Gece uyuyup sabah uyanmanın beni bu kadar sevindirik bir ruh haline sokacağı aklıma gelmezdi! Sabahları erken uyanmanın en harika tarafı da taze sabah serinliğinde penceremi açmak ve kuşların ötüşlerini dinlemek.

I feel like a cartoon character with all these pretty little birds making me want to sing songs of joy. In the picture above, notice that there is no mat in the artwork with white frames. The frames work as a mat on the wall that is only a few shades darker than them.

Bu tatlı küçük kuşlar bende neşe dolu şarkılar söyleme isteği uyandırdıkça kendimi bir çizgi film kahramanı gibi hissediyorum. Yukarıdaki resimde, beyaz çerçeveli resimlerde paspartu bırakılmadığına dikkatinizi çekerim. Duvarın rengi çerçevelerden 1-2 ton daha koyu bir beyaz, bu yüzden çerçeveler paspartu etkisi yapıyor.

I'm loving the bright orange bird contrasting with the grey/neutral elements. The subtle mustard stripes on the rug do a great job giving this decor a citrusy freshness.
