Cik, Cik!boslukMy sleeping cycle was a bit messed up lately, but I'm working on sleeping in normal hours again. It took me a week to liberate myself from my vampire habits but I have finally achieved it. I never thought I'd be so ecstatic about going to sleep at night and waking up in the morning! The biggest benefit of waking up early in spring is opening my windows and listening to birds' chirping in the fresh & cool morning breeze.
