Hayali Yatak Odası Detayları

My bedroom might seem neglected with its empty black wall and enormous four poster bed (Ikea Edland) and nothing else, but in my mind I have decorated it at least a few dozen times. I am such a commitment-phobe that I haven't gone forth with any of the possible color schemes I have in my head. Well, grey is the destiny of indecisive people, and I think I will embrace my destiny. I mentioned before that I wanted a few throw cushions on my bed. I find the ones above very appealing.

Bağlanma korkum nedeniyle aklımdan geçen renk kombinasyonlarının hiçbirini uygulamaya dökmedim. Kararsız insanların alınyazısı gridir, alabildiğim tek karar alınyazımı kabullenmek. Daha önce yatağımın üzerine bir öbek yastık istediğimden bahsetmiştim. Yukardaki fotoğraftakileri son derece cazip buldum.

Did I mention my bed is enormous? When did everyone else's beds get so small? Because it took me months to find a large enough bedspread in Istanbul! I like lightweight ones as I like to wash often, that and the size issue meant I had to pick from the very limited options at Ikea. I finally have a very simple one in the same color as the one above, but I will not be able to sleep comfortably until I sew giant pom-poms around mine!

Yatağımın devasa olduğunu söylemiştim değil mi? Diğer herkesin yatakları ne ara küçüldü onu anlamadım. Yatağımın boyutu annemlerin evlendikleri zamanki yataklarıyla aynı, ama nedense benim yeterince büyük boyda bir pike bulmam aylar sürdü. Yatak örtüsü yerine pike tercih ediyorum çünkü üstümde ağırlık sevmiyorum ve her çarşaf değiştirdiğimde yatak örtüsünü de yıkıyorum. Yerli mağazalardakiler küçücüktü, yalnızca Ikea'da bulabildim, orada da seçenekler kısıtlı olduğu için üstteki resimdeki gibi krem rengi, sade birşey aldım. Etrafına kocaman ponponlar dikene kadar rahat uyuyamayacağım!

Succulents are beautiful, nay, they're adorable with their plump little limbs and the freshest shades of green. They're puppies of the plant world. They are known to be very difficult to be killed by incapable hands, unfortunately I have somehow managed to kill two. You can see how this succulent table is made at Far Out Flora.

Sukulentleri çok sevimli buluyor ve bakmaya doyamıyorum; tombik uzuvları ve tazecik yeşil renkleri ile bana bitki aleminin yavru köpekleri gibi geliyorlar. Eames wire chairs, thickly knitted for the comfort of your tush. Now I want a wire chair (either this or a Bertoia side chair) more than ever. If I had my way my apartment would probably resemble a chair museum more than a home.

Eames tel sandalyeler poponuzun konforu için kalın yünle örülmüş. Tel sandalye isteğim depreşti (bu da olur, Bertoia side chair de). Kaynaklarım sonsuz olsa yaşadığım yer muhtemelen evden ziyade bir sandalye müzesini andırırdı.

I think that Hotel Praktik Metropol, which I spotted at Remodelista, should branch out to other cities. It's a gorgeous design hotel in Madrid that happens to be quite affordable. The white boarded walls with the addition of pegboards, and that wall mounted lamp that I'm head over heels in love with, are all not only beautiful but also functional.

Bence Remodelista'da gözüme takılan Hotel Praktik Metropol her şehirde şube açmalı. Madrid'de bulunan bu tasarım otelin fiyatları oldukça uygun. Beyaz ahşap kaplama duvarlar Shaker tarzı boydan boya askıların eklenmesi, ve o güzeller güzeli duvara monte lamba ile güzel olmasının yanısıra fonksiyonel de.

The relaxing color scheme is neutral, but the hint of gold peeking under the lamps and the light switch shows why details are important. I thought I was so sick of beige; apparently not when it's done so right.

İnsanı rahatlatan nötr bir renk paleti kullanılmış, ancak lambaların altından ve elektrik düğmesinden belli belirsiz göz kırpan altın rengi detayların ne kadar fark yarattığını gösteriyor. Bej renginin artık ölesiye bıktığımı düşünüyordum, belli ki doğru kullanıldığında hiç de öyle değilmiş.

Dining room styled by ATWTP for Muuto. Good results are unavoidable if every single object you put together is beautifully designed. The cinnamon chair and the ripe apples on the table give this room a mild fall feeling.

Yemek odası dekoru ATWTP tarafından Muuto için hazırlanmış. Bir dekorda kullandığınız her obje ayrı ayrı  güzel tasarımlar ise böyle iyi sonuç almak kaçınılmaz. Tarçın rengi sandalye ve olgun elmalar sonbahar havasını ucundan yakalıyor.

Do you like the cinnamon shade wood wall? I think it looks great with the lighter shade floorboards along with the white and navy chairs. Almost everything in the photo is wood, yet it doesn't look overly woodsy.

Tarçın rengi ahşap duvarı beğendiniz mi? Bence daha açık renkteki yerler ve lacivert/beyaz sandalyelerle harika duruyor. Fotoğraftaki neredeyse herşey ahşap, ama hepsinin farklı tonlarda oluşu buranın kanatçı dekoru gibi durmasına mani olmuş :)

There is something very pink lurking in the corridor. It's whispering in my ear that the door really should have been pink.

Koridorda sinmiş saklanmakta olan pembe birşey var. Kulağıma o kapı aslında gerçekten pembe olmalıydı diye fısıldıyor.

Punchy pink above. I want to put a few colorful decorative cushions on my bed, currently it looks way too empty and bland. I like the pink hued mixed prints seen below. Do you use plenty of cushions on your bed? Is it really that big a pain to remove them every night?

Üstte; yüksek doz pembe. Yatağımın üzerine renkli birkaç yastık koymak istiyorum, şu anki hali fazla boş ve donuk geliyor. Aşağıdaki pembe tonlu karışık desenleri sevdim. Siz yatağınızın üzerinde dekoratif yastıklar kullanıyor musunuz? Onları her akşam yatmadan önce kaldırmak gerçekten dert oluyor mu?
